1. Responsable.

  • Responsable: Aitor Román Ibáñez, C/ Raquel Meller 4, 50012 Zaragoza (España).
  • Contacto: androtiyas@gmail.com

3. Datos que se guardan en tu dispositivo.

El juego guarda en el propio móvil:

  • tu progreso: nivel, experiencia, saldo canjeable, bolas conseguidas, retos superados, récords y estadísticas;
  • tus ajustes: idioma, sonido, música y vibración;

  • un banner durante la partida;
  • un anuncio que se puede cerrar al salir de la pantalla de resultados, como mucho uno por partida;

  • la dirección IP, de la que se deduce una ubicación aproximada;
  • identificadores del dispositivo: el identificador de publicidad de Android y el identificador del conjunto de apps;
  • información técnica del dispositivo y de la app: modelo, sistema operativo, idioma y versión;
  • la interacción con los anuncios y con la app: impresiones, toques, vídeos vistos y aperturas de la app;

  • Google (AdMob y, si lo usas, Google Play Games) y los socios publicitarios de Google, según tus elecciones del punto 4;

9. Tus derechos y cómo eliminar tus datos.

RGPD (EEE, Reino Unido y Suiza).

Bowling Stryke Privacy Policy (English).

Last updated: 4 November 2026. · Versión en español

This policy explains what data the Bowling Stryke game for Android (com.androtiyas.bowlingstrykefree) processes, why, and what your rights are. It only applies to this game. The overfuture.dev website has its own privacy policy (in Spanish).

1. Controller.

  • Controller: Aitor Román Ibáñez, C/ Raquel Meller 4, 50012 Zaragoza (Spain).
  • Contact: androtiyas@gmail.com

2. Summary.

  • You don’t need to create an account or give us your name, email or age to play.
  • Your progress is stored on your phone. If you use Google Play Games, a copy is also stored in your Google account.
  • The game is free and shows Google AdMob ads. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK or Switzerland, you are asked for consent before ads are personalised; in US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your data for advertising.
  • You can change your choice at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy options.
  • Google Play Games (achievements, leaderboard and cloud save) is optional.
  • Bowling Stryke is meant for people aged 13 or over.
  • We do not receive data that identifies you: it is processed by Google and, where applicable, its advertising partners, as explained below.

3. Data stored on your device.

The game stores on your phone:

  • your progress: level, experience, redeemable balance, balls earned, challenges completed, records and statistics;
  • your settings: language, sound, music and vibration;
  • your ad privacy choices, stored by Google’s consent tool.

This data does not leave your device, except for the copy of your progress if you use cloud save (section 5). It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings.

4. Ads (Google AdMob) and consent.

The game shows Google AdMob ads (Google Ireland Limited in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland; Google LLC elsewhere):

  • a banner during play;
  • a closable ad when you leave the results screen, at most one per game;
  • an optional video that doubles the experience from your game.

Ad content is limited to the PG rating (suitable for most audiences with parental guidance). We also block the dating, gambling and betting, and sexual content categories.

What data the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes. To show and measure ads, personalise them when you allow it, run analytics and prevent fraud, Google may process:

  • your IP address, from which an approximate location is inferred;
  • device identifiers: the Android advertising ID and the app set ID;
  • technical information about the device and the app: model, operating system, language and version;
  • interactions with ads and with the app: impressions, taps, videos watched and app launches;
  • diagnostic data.

Google shares this data with its advertising partners for advertising purposes, according to your choices.

Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. The first time you open the game, and whenever it needs renewing, Google’s consent form is shown (User Messaging Platform, compliant with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework). You can consent, not consent or manage options by purpose and by partner. If you do not consent, non-personalised or limited ads are shown and the game works the same.

US states with privacy laws. A message lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your data for personalised advertising.

How to change or withdraw your choice. In Settings ▸ Privacy options (shown when your region’s rules require it). Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads.

Legal basis (GDPR). Your consent, for personalised ads and for storing or reading information on your device for that purpose. Our legitimate interest in funding a free game with ads, for non-personalised ads, ad measurement and fraud prevention, as far as the law allows and unless you have objected.

5. Google Play Games (optional).

If you have a Google Play Games profile, the game uses Google Play Games Services (Google LLC):

  • Sign-in: Google Play Games signs you in automatically when the game opens. If there is no session, the first time the game offers to sign in once; if you cancel, you can sign in later from Settings. It is not required to play.
  • Achievements and leaderboard: your achievements and your Classic single-player high score are sent to Google, linked to your Play Games profile (player ID and name).
  • Cloud save (Saved Games): a copy of your progress (the data in section 3, without the settings) is saved in your Google account, so you can recover it on a new phone.
  • Google may also process analytics and diagnostic data about the service.

You can view and delete your profile and game data in the Google Play Games app or at myaccount.google.com. The legal basis is providing the service you choose to use.

6. Minimum age and children.

Bowling Stryke is aimed at people aged 13 or over and is not designed for children.

In the EEA, if you are under the digital age of consent in your country (14 in Spain; between 13 and 16 depending on the country), consent to personalised ads must be given or authorised by your parent or guardian.

The game does not ask for personal data, has no chat or social features and has no in-app purchases. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the game, write to us and we will help you delete their data (section 9).

7. Who data is shared with, and transfers.

We do not sell data or pass it on to anyone. The only recipients are:

  • Google (AdMob and, if you use it, Google Play Games) and Google’s advertising partners, according to your choices in section 4;
  • Google Play, which distributes the app.

Google may process data outside the EEA, in particular in the US. It does so with the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention.

  • Data on the device (progress, settings and privacy choices): until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
  • Cloud save and Play Games data: until you delete them in Google Play Games or delete your profile.
  • Ad data: Google’s retention periods, explained at policies.google.com/technologies/retention

9. Your rights and how to delete your data.

GDPR (EEA, UK and Switzerland). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time.

US state privacy laws. You can know what data is processed, access it, correct it, delete it and opt out of its sale or sharing for personalised advertising. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

How to delete your Bowling Stryke data:

  1. Data on your phone: uninstall the game or clear its data in Android Settings ▸ Apps ▸ Bowling Stryke ▸ Storage ▸ Clear data. This deletes all your local progress, settings and privacy choices.
  2. Google Play Games data (achievements, leaderboard and cloud save): delete it in the Google Play Games app (profile ▸ settings) or at myaccount.google.com.
  3. Ad data: withdraw or change your choice in Settings ▸ Privacy options, and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads. Google keeps ad data for its retention periods (section 8).

For any other request, write to androtiyas@gmail.com mentioning «Bowling Stryke». As the game has no accounts of its own, we may need some information from you (for example, your Play Games profile name) to help you with what Google processes.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to your local supervisory authority.

10. Changes.

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
